Please note that all bookings received, by telephone, email or fax, are confirmed bookings. All conference payments are requested before the conference date. Cancellations may be made by telephone, email, of fax 5 days prior to the event. No cancellations will be accepted after this date, but substitutions of delegates may always be made with no additional charge.
